The room was neat and equipped with a fan and Jacuzzi bath. The location was great and near the hotel's restaurant, making it ideal for exploring Liverpool. Check-in was quick and painless. Guests can enjoy a sauna and the pool area was also great. the service was excellent.

The place was reasonably priced. Everything was really good, including its family atmosphere. The staff was genuinely helpful and amazingly attentive, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Our rooms were well-equipped with heaters, tea tray, for instance as expected. They offered us very pleasant meals, had a wide range of options to choose from.
